PK9999 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point. Accounts found to be registered by minors will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on pk9999. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, a different device or a different payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, pk9999 will close all secondary accounts and may apply restrictions to the primary account. Bonus funds accumulated across multiple accounts will be voided in full.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day.
Before your first withdrawal, pk9999 may request account verification documents including a CNIC copy. This is a one-time requirement and does not repeat for subsequent withdrawals from a verified account. Verification protects both you and the platform from fraud.
Bonus funds and free bet credits cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money winnings by meeting the applicable wagering requirement. PKR only: All pk9999 balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversion fees and no foreign exchange risk for players based in Pakistan.
All bonuses, promotional offers and free bet credits offered by pk9999 are subject to these Terms and any specific conditions stated at the time the offer is presented. Where offer-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the offer-specific terms take precedence for that particular offer only.
Unless otherwise specified in an offer's individual terms, all bonus funds carry a default wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 welcome bonus must be wagered a total of Rs 10,000 in eligible games before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which unused bonus funds will be removed from your account.
Cricket betting markets and slots contribute 100% toward bonus wagering requirements on pk9999. Ludo Games contribute 50%. Some promotional games may be excluded from wagering contribution and these exclusions will be clearly stated in the offer terms. Bets placed on suspended or voided markets do not count toward wagering requirements.
The pk9999 VIP Club provides weekly cashback on net losses, paid every Monday. Cashback rates range from 5% at Bronze tier to 20% at Platinum tier. For Gold, Diamond and Platinum VIP members, cashback is credited as real money with no wagering requirement. Bronze and Silver tier cashback carries a 1x wagering requirement. Cashback calculations are based on the previous Monday-to-Sunday period and credited by 12:00 PM PKT every Monday. VIP tier upgrades happen automatically when the relevant points threshold is crossed.
PK9999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk, and coordinated play with other accounts. Detected abuse will result in the removal of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure without notice.
All bets placed on pk9999 cricket markets are subject to acceptance. A bet is considered accepted when you receive a confirmation notification with a bet reference number. PK9999 reserves the right to decline, limit or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed in error or at odds that were posted incorrectly due to technical error.
In-play cricket bets are accepted subject to the live status of the market. Markets may be suspended during wickets, reviews, timeouts and interruptions. Bets accepted during the suspension window in error will be voided. In-play odds are updated continuously — once a bet is confirmed at specific odds, those odds are locked and the bet stands regardless of subsequent market movements.
If a match is abandoned before the minimum overs required for a result are bowled — 5 overs per side in T20 formats and 20 overs per side in ODI formats — all match winner and result-dependent bets will be voided and stakes returned in full. Where a DLS result is applied, pk9999 settles all bets on the official result. Bets on events that had already concluded before the abandonment (e.g., first innings runs if the innings was completed) are settled based on what occurred.
Match winner and full-match proposition bets are settled within 30 minutes of the official final result being confirmed. In-play bets on overs and events within the match are settled immediately upon the event's conclusion. If a result is subject to official review or is delayed for any other reason, settlement may be held until confirmation is received. PK9999 does not pay out on unofficial or social media reports of results.
PSL and ICC events: For PSL matches and all ICC tournament fixtures, pk9999 treats the official tournament governing body's result as final. Super Overs, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments and reserve day results are all treated as the official outcome for settlement purposes.

Entry fees are deducted from your real-money balance at the time of joining a game. In tournament-format Ludo, prize distributions are published before the tournament opens and cannot be changed once registration begins. Disconnected players during a Ludo session forfeit their entry fee unless reconnection occurs within the grace period specified in the game settings.

PK9999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving fraud, financial crime or other illegal activity. Where required by applicable law, pk9999 may disclose account information and transaction records to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
PK9999 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraud, or irregular activity. During suspension, the player cannot deposit, place bets or withdraw funds. PK9999 will communicate the reason for suspension within 72 hours of the suspension being applied, where legally permissible to do so.
If an account is permanently closed by pk9999 for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms or fraud, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct are not returned.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for 180 consecutive days. PK9999 will send an email notification to the registered address before applying a dormancy fee. If no activity occurs within 14 days of that notification, a dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Reactivating a dormant account is simple — log in and the dormancy status is removed immediately.
PK9999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. PK9999 will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
PK9999's liability to any player for any single incident arising from platform use is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's pk9999 account at the time of the incident. PK9999 is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of profit, opportunity or anticipated winnings arising from platform unavailability, technical errors or service interruptions.
PK9999 is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by third-party data feeds, including live cricket scores, match statistics or fixture lists displayed on the platform. While we work to ensure data accuracy, we do not guarantee that third-party supplied data is error-free.
PK9999 may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email to the address on their account and display a notification on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of pk9999 following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using pk9999 and submit a withdrawal request for any real-money balance before the effective date of the changes.
